Doug Curry, Co-Founded and serves as the CEO of Xceligent, Inc., a leading researched Commercial Information Exchange used by commercial real estate licensees in the United States, Canada, and several other countries. Mr. Curry leads the executive staff and strategic direction for Xceligent as well as primary direction over sales, marketing, and product functions. His experience in real estate dates back to 1983, and he has launched three other real estate based companies since 1996, including one of the fastest growing appraisal firms in the Midwest. In 1996, Mr. Curry founded Pinnacle Appraisal Group LLC, with a focus on customer service, and innovative approach to market and the utilization of technology. After opening four offices in 36 months, Pinnacle was one of the largest appraisal firms in the Midwest. AS a result of experiencing firsthand the difficulty in obtaining commercial property data, he co-founded Xceligent in 1999 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since its inception. Mr. Curry has developed both residential and commercial real estate.
Joe Foster is a geologist, and Manager of the Enercon Services, Inc. office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. ENERCON provides comprehensive environmental, engineering, geology, and technical consulting services from 28 offices nationwide. Joe’s professional background includes environmental assessment, petroleum geology, project management, subsurface interpretation, and environmental remediation. Recent successful projects include commercial and industrial real estate development, environmental remediation, petroleum industry, power generation, and transportation projects. Mr. Foster managed assessment and remediation projects for construction of the Oklahoma City Downtown Arena, the Metropolitan Area Projects (MAPS), the Oklahoma River re-development, I-40 re-alignment, and numerous other projects.

He is also the founder of ClientLook, which is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) system for commercial real estate. It combines contact management, deal collaboration, and property tracking into one super simple online tool. ClientLook is currently being integrated into the Xceligent suite of products.
Mr. Hobbs has over 30 years of management and financial consulting experience with over a decade and special focus on engineered cost segregation studies for commercial property owners. His unique background combining training in Architecture from the University of Tennessee and a lifetime of business entrepreneurship gives him a competitive advantage in applying the benefits of cost segregation to virtually any commercial enterprise.Mr. Hobbs is one of the pioneers of independent cost segregation providers, a member of The American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals, The American Society of Tax Professionals, numerous national and regional associations, and frequent speaker. Mr. Hobbs has significant hands on experience with every aspect of cost segregation for a variety of commercial properties and circumstances, dealing with properties from $100,000 to $100,000,000 across America.

Grant Humphreys is a real estate developer, investor and home builder. As the Town Founder of Carlton Landing, a master-planned lakefront resort town in Oklahoma, Grant works to create a model for economical, social and ecological sustainability. Grant is also Founder and Principal in Traditional Craft Homes, a homebuilding company providing custom and spec production homes. He is a Principal in the family business, The Humphreys Company, which is based in Oklahoma City and manages The Humphreys Fund, a diversified real estate fund owning investment grade properties in the Midwest, South and Southeast.Grant received a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from Baylor University. He worked with Trammell Crow in Dallas and Oklahoma City before going into business for himself. Grant and Jen have been married 16 years. They have 5 children and 2 chocolate labs. They reside full time in Carlton Landing, Oklahoma.
Brian has eighteen years of engineering-based cost segregation experience with national accounting firms and regional financial services firms. Brian is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, and Michigan Technological University with a degree in Mechanical Design Engineering Technology.Brian has previously served as consulting engineer in the cost segregation and fixed asset departments of BDO USA, and Plante Moran and Crowe Horwath, specializing in both purchase price allocations and new construction analysis. Brian has performed cost segregation studies on a wide variety of commercial properties including corporate office structures, retail facilities, charter schools, hotels, gaming facilities, apartment communities, assisted living facilities, medical facilities, automotive dealerships, manufacturing plants, and many more. Brian was also an instrumental member of the design/build team with The Perrigo Company where he was responsible for the design, construction, and project management of world class manufacturing facilities during Perrigo’s growth from a local, privately held company to an international, publicly traded firm.
