Upon registering for the Summit (before August 1, 2018), you will be eligible to nominate candidates for the Pivot Award™, people who have made a Pivotal contribution to the real estate industry during the previous year, in one of five categories. Pivot Award™ Winners were based on submissions received by 5:00 pm, August 15, 2018, with the Summit Directors voting for candidates in each category. The Pivot Award™ winners will be presented before the Commercial Real Estate Summit’s luncheon Keynote address.

Lingo Construction was started in 1998 by Stan and Renee Lingo, Lingo Construction focuses on distinct projects and have built award winning architecture on both the local and national stage. Their projects range from the unique 500 square foot interior remodels to tens of millions for whole block revitalization and development. Steve Lingo has now taken charge of the company’s projects.

The Wheeler District is a mixed-use development that is relatively unique to the Oklahoma City market. Through a series of community charrette in the summer of 2014, the Wheeler District was visioned by the community to be an urban village located on the old Down Airpark property just south of the Oklahoma River. The Wheeler Riverfront Plaza offers a variety of event venues and is the new home to the historic Santa Monica Peer Farris Wheel, a new OKC landmark.

Darin Dalbom, MAI, is an Executive Vice President for JLL’s Valuation & Advisory Services platform in Oklahoma City. Mr. Dalbom has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting assignments since 1990. Since moving to Oklahoma City, Mr. Dalbom has been instrumental in transforming the areas commercial appraisal business, spending much effort in automating the processes. He has significant experience in the appraisal of broadband communication towers & tower portfolios throughout the United States. Tower analysis & valuation includes a unique array of considerations for this niche investment class. Mr. Dalbom has developed customized report formatting for tower valuation assignments to best serve an array of clients in this emerging specialty class.
